Delivery options and charges?

Delivery times will only apply when we have the requested products in stock.
The costs shown are per delivery address and per day delivered to that address.
Remember that our couriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive
at any time between 9am and 5.30pm.

Standard 5 working day delivery

Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays

Costs - £15.00 per delivery address in the UK (Unless FREE delivery applies)

Free shipping is only available to the UK mainland when the order value to one address is over £149

Please Note:

• OUR FREE SHIPPING OFFER EXCLUDES ALL REFILL ORDERS.
  
  
  WE WILL ONLY SHIP A MAXIMUM OF 50 CUBIC FEET OF REFILL BEANS WITH ANY ONE ORDER.
  
  
• An order placed
  after 1:00 PM, or on a weekend, may not be despatched until the next business
  day. Most orders are despatched the same day they are placed, if all the products
  are in stock.
  
  
• Orders placed
  on Friday morning with the next business day service are normally despatched
  Friday, and delivered Monday. Orders placed on a weekend are normally despatched
  on Monday, and delivered on Tuesday.
  
  
• All delivery
  times are taken from the day of despatch and not the day you place your order.
  
  
  
• Please
  note our returns policy and in particular that a handling charge of £30 will
  apply for items that are returned unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake.
